Budweiser

Beer is the most popular alcohol beverage.
How do you transform hops, barley, rice, and water into the beer called Budweiser ??

1.Mill --> 2.Brewhouse --> 3.Cellar --> 4.Packaging
1. Mill: the grain was crashed
2. Brewhouse: The ingredient was boiled, cooked,
3. Cellar: The brew was fermented to create the alcohol.
4. Packing Facility

 It's fabulous to drink Budweiser and watch the baseball game !!!!!!

The water soaked barley began to grow tiny roots filled with enzyme. Each root converts starch to formidable sugar that is magic ingredient of the beer. Without the sugar later would be no alcohol.

This process is like Roasting Coffee.

Push hot air through the grain that drive moisture out.

Brewhouse. This is an aesthetic architecture building.
Typically divided into 9 steps:
1.Malting 2.Milling 3.Mashing 4.Lautering 5.Boiling 6.Fermenting 7.Conditioning 8.Filtering 9.Filling. Barley, rice, and water would be turned into mashing, and then boiled into the sugar.

Mashing Tank. Hot water grain porridge.

Wort.
The heat causes the enzyme of the malt barley to react. It converts the starch into the sugar, later the sugar will make to the alcohol.
** I truly need some fundamental chemistry knowledge to understand what they do exactly.

Lautering.
3 Steps: 1.Mashout 2.Recirculation 3.Sparging.
The water is to extract the remaining sugar from the mash.

Let the barley and rice to be dropped to the bottom.

Boil

Hops

Add the hops into the kettle

The yeast is extremely secret so that needed to be guarded.

Fermentation.
Sugar --> Alcohol

This is wood chip. As you can see they curl up. So they sit on the bottom of the tank, they don't lay flat and yeast settled on the top on the wood which provided more contact between yeast and the beer.

Bubble Growth in Beer. The beer is mostly enjoyed at leisure, the myriad physical and chemical processes in them are challenging.Shake a bottle of a beer and open it. The beer will ooze out slowly. Do the same to the bottle of champagne, it will shoot out in a mini-eruption. Without perturbation, there is no eruption, but bubbles will rise and grow. The myriad phenomena resulting from the remarkable interplay between gas and liquid have attracted much attention.

Assay the beer.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) which used for adhering the label.
