Grind and finish sand mold by hand.

Most factories mass produce these parts, but Ferrari turns them out one at a time.

This sand mold will be cast the cylinder head of 599.

The flaming torch burns the sand mold with thin layer of carbon.
The carbon layer as the lubricant to let the liquid metal move smoothly in the space of the cast.

Liquid Metal. It looks like the liquid silver.
But, this is super strong super secret aluminium alloy specifically created for Ferrari Engine.

The nitrogen pumped through the crucible, combining any impurities which float in the surface.

Pour the pure liquid metal into the casting mold.

One of the most powerful engine ever made.

Valve Ring. The ring is actually valve seal in the engine cylinder.
It forms seal allows air through into the chamber with the fuel as it explores.

With valves move in and out thousands times in a second.
It must be very tight, or would let the engine fail.

Romeo gave the ring into the liquid nitrogen and freezing it to minus 300 degrees
and shrinking it.

Romeo put it on the rod.

Juliet holds the cylinder head, and then the rod moves up to give it the ring.

Note that the bearing has been put on the cover.

Install the Camshaft.

Install the High Voltage Ignition Coil.
