The Case Process.

The casing starts from the stainless steel bar.
The hydraulic machine punches the central holes.

After punching the holes, the die used to stamp the outer shape of the case.

The basic shape of the case has been formed.
The case moved to fifteen different stamping machines, each further refining and perfect shape.

Between each stamp step, the special oven heats the case up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Machining.

Welding. The technician applied the paste containing the metal powder to each piece.

Put the case into the oven to melt the special metal together.
