The worker must taste the rum and then select the best to meet the anniversary qualification.

The machine harvests the sugar cane.

They place them on the sugar cane crushing machine, where pulverize and extract every
last drop of the sweet juice.
The sugar is boiled until the sugars crystallize and precipitate.
Turn into Molasses.
The technician checks the viscosity, and makes sure the consistency is just right
for the sugar to convert to alcohol.

Yeast. The most important factor to turn the sugar into the alcohol, so it is highly secured.

Fermentation House.

The chemical reaction produces the heat which needed to be removed from the fermentation
process preventing the yeast from killing.

This causes the alcohol to evaporate and vapor to rise to the top, and then it travels down to the
condenser where it cools and become the distilled.

Distillery

Inside the distill, the hot distilled beer flows to pass through the metal plates around 90 degrees
Celsius. The alcohol turns into the vapor which separated from the distilled beer and rise to the top. Then the vapor flows into the condenser that turns into the liquid and back down to the system of the storage.

Light rum, dark rum.
Aging. The quality of the Whiskey barrel is carefully monitored because the spirit is to gain
character and color from the wood which it rests.

They imported the barrels from Bourbon Whiskey barrel.
Bourbon Casks.
The Whiskey barrels, once formed, are charred, the inside of the cask is set on fire for a
short period of time, which creates a black charred layer. Charring casks cause further transformation. Char (carbon) removes sulphur compounds and immaturity from new spirit.

Clean the used barrels.
Inspect barrels and repair.
Filling ...

Send the barrels to the Aging Warehouse.
Secret formula to blend the rum.

The worker pumps the rum into these large vats where they blended together.

Transport the rum to the bottling station.

The work pours the purifies water to dilute the rum and confirm the quality.

The camera checks the bottles have no essential hazard.

The bottles are upside down and ready for the rinse.
