Components


The satellite receives and transmit the signal through antenna dishes.They have carbon fibers skin bonded onto a Kevlar honeycomb core and don't have the smooth surface.

The circuit are printed onto gallium arsenide. Pure gold is stable and doesn't degrade.
The semiconductor bonded onto the ceramic tile.





A huge problem for the satellite communication is interference. This happens when the outgoing signal is confused with the incoming signal. This problem can be prevented by Quartz Crystal built into the device called Resonator. Oscillating crystals are used to control all the frequencies the satellite transmits.

Solar Panel.
A thin silver surface of mirrors will reflects the sun's ray away from the satellite and its last form
of heat defense.









The solar arrays are dependent on a drive mechanism which allows to move and always 
face the sun.
