Rye: Flavor component

Inside the machine, the corn hit by the steel plate and pulverizes into the small particle.

Corn Flour

The mixture flew into the series hot metal plates which heating around 200 degrees Fahrenheit.Because the alcohol turns into the vapor lower temperature than water, the alcohol vapor separate rose to the top of the distill. Barrel.
Without the barrel, the whiskey would look like the water.

Barrel Process

Use the steam to shape the barrel

The inside of the barrel which helps more flavors transform into the whiskey during the aging period.

Insert two temporary hoops into the center of the barrel.

Charring

Make the opening by using the laser to check the position.

Fill the air and water under pressure

Test

Fill the whiskey into the barrel.

As the whiskey sat in the warehouse, the variation of the temperature caused by changing of
the seasons made the wood and alcohol expand and contract. Interaction between the whiskey and wood which gave the flavors to the whiskey. The precise location of the barrel in the warehouse has the enormous effect how the whiskey mature. The higher you go, the more temperatures vary, so the barrel has much flavors. That's why it is important to keep the record of every barrel.

[Questions]

The TV  programs should be like the " Ultimate Factories " which is very educational  and
pragmatical  to utilize and  assimilate the knowledge of the textbook.
Thanks to this series, Heineken, Budweiser, Jack Daniel's.
I finally knew what the difference between
" Fermentation" and " Distillation"  and  the function of the Enzyme, Yeast, and Hops.
Grain --> Starch --> Sugar --> Alcohol
Continue the journey of Ultimate Factories... Diversity and Broaden my life !!!!!!
