RV (Runway Vacation).
How do you think driving the vehicle like this across the whole country ??
Go anywhere, Do anything. This is what the life is, isn't it ??

The engine mounted  on the rear compartment. Push Application. Power and Quiet.

Powder. What's the powder ??????

Pour the powder into the close mold



Rotocasting. Go into the over.

Rotate at high heat. As it turns, the powder transforms it into the liquid plastic and then form in the mold.

This step concerns about the life or dead literally. If the floor is perfectly sealed, lethal engine exhaust gas can't enter into the living space.





Make sure the floor is perfect aligned.

Fiber Glass. All Winnebage Wall consists of three materials: Fiber Glass, Foam, and Aluminium.

Melting blue glue

High density foam helps the RV wall maintain the shape and as the insulation.

The roller machine compressed the fiber glass and foam together.

CNC machine cut the foam. For install the aluminium tube.



Set the aluminium tube on the wall.



Wood Veneer

The CNC machine cut out for windows and entry doors.

Retractable Wall. It looks like the Seattle Mariners Stadium which the roof can move in and out.

This isn't an easy job. It got to slide perfectly into the main frame.
