Submarine

The attack submarine USS Annapolis (SSN 760) rests in the Arctic Ocean after surfacing through three feet of ice.

Pennsylvania Ballistic Missile - Big Bigger Biggest,
Virginia Class Submarine - Megastructures.

1.Breathing Underwater
2.Torpedo
3.Nuclear Strike
4.Stealth

Turtle.
It is like the oversize barrel, the engineer used the iron hoop to hold the two hulls together.

The propulsion is much like the " V- Twin "  engine.

By passing electricity through the water, it is possible to split substance into the components.
Hydrogen and Oxygen.

Oxygen Generator.

It is difficult to drill the hole into the hull of the battleship. If the submarine is too shallow, it would
expose to the water surface. It the submarine is too deep, it would pass underneath the keel.

Everything on the submarine, equipments are insulated with rubber shock absorbers to minimize the noise caused by vibration.

The another source of the noise is the propeller.

If the propeller span quickly, it leaves the trail of bubbles behind them. These bubbles are not filled with air, but with the steam. The steam is produced by the sea water boiling. The higher altitude (the lower pressure), the lower the boiling temperature.

Cavitation
When the submarine's propeller turns quickly, the area of low pressure created by the blade. This low pressure causes the water to boil without heating up and produced bubbles  of steam.

[Questions]
Cavitation

Virginia Class Submarine

The " Propeller "  is classified. Stealth reducing " Cavitation ".
From this picture, the propeller is supposed to be surrounded by the " Duct ".

Torpedo Propeller !!!!!!

Spy instrument.

Computer Design.
All the variable designers to work in the same virtual space at the same time. Piping designers are running their design, cable designers can also fabricate their design.

The virtual man is simulated to adjust the space for workers to fabricate and sailors to navigate.

The future of warfare is uncertain, to meet the uncertainty. This submarine must be able to adapt
the new situations. As the modern warfare changes, the submarine must change it to meet it.
To create this adaptability, the designers of the submarine creating the " Module Design "  that
incorporated into the open system architecture.

This open space can prefabricate the module such as : weapon system or sonar technologies.

This module can be easily inset into one complete unit.

HY-80 Steel

How to manufacture this steel is the military secret.

To make sure the weld is perfect, they inspected by X-Ray. Such as air bubbles in the welded seam could weaken the hull.

Amazingly once the seam is perfect, the weld can create the bond that is actually strong enough
as the original steel.

GE Fanuc

Water Jet. Cutting the steel.

The cool water propellant has no heating effect zone, thereby eliminated imperfection caused by
expansion, contraction, melting.

Garnet.
It is the optimum, because it it hard enough to cut without causing to much wear and tear on the
water jet nozzle.

The Virginia " Command and Control "  module is the most complex module has been built.
It is the brain of the submarine. Separate the assembly line.

" The module systems ", " The internal structures ", and " The outer hulls ".

Anechoic Coating

The submarine came back with the broom on the sail bridge signified the clean sweep means the ship passed every aspect of the trial.
