Frame-up: The chassis takes its shape.
Fabrication: Welders assembly the body together.
Paint: The steel given its shiny color.
Main Assembly: The technicians install thousands components together.
Aerial Assembly: A massive ladder touches the finished truck.

Cross Member. The twisting pressure put tremendous stress on the chassis.

The front suspension is independent which is like the sports car. Save time means save life.
